About Help. When we're not shipping neat things to you as fast as we possibly can, we're mashing our faces into pillows and screaming. And when we're not doing that, we're helping. Payments. We take all the main credit cards and also Paypal. Due to our insane paranoia and volume of orders, our security settings are set pretty high. When you're on the payment screen, your billing address must exactly match the billing address on your credit card statement down to the ZIP+4 code. Be be sure the country dropdown has your correct country selected. If you're still having problems, you can select the Paypal payment option and check out using their service. Mail Orders: Due to about 95% of mail orders having some sort of problem, we no longer accept orders by mail. If you don't have a credit or debit card, you can pay via e-check through the paypal checkout. Sorry for the inconvenience. Shipping.
We ship everything via USPS and UPS! We put insurance on all really expensive packages and delivery confirmation comes standard with most USA packages. For more information on transit times, press here.We ship to every country that accepts packages from the USA, even the ones where people talk funny and don't eat 20 hot dogs every day! These packages may take a bit longer because of all the pointless bureaucracy. You can preview your shipping and handling costs by adding things to your basket, going to the checkout, and entering your postal code down at the bottom. This places you under no obligation to actually buy anything. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders outside the U.S.A. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees. From what we can tell, the amounts of these fees are almost entirely arbitrary in nature, and in some cases are not levied at all, which makes it impossible for us to know how much they will be. Therefore, the recipient must assume full responsibility for these fees. Customs policies vary wildly and unpredictably from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information; please do not complain to us as we have little to no control over your government's policies (for now). Customs clearance procedures can sometimes create delivery delays beyond what we originally estimate. Packaging Inside and Out
We try our best to use recycled materials but sometimes this is not possible. All packages do include a small packing slip which only describes package contents and never includes prices (that's what electronic invoices are for!). If you're really nice or spend a lot of money sometimes we'll drop something extra in your package.Dispatch Times and Stock Info AKA It Is Okay to Order Reprinting Items.
If the item is shown In Stock it usually ships within 1-3 business days. If the item is shown Printing it's probably in the screenprinter queue already. Ordering a shirt when it is in printing status is basically like reserving it for when our next batch of brand new shirts come in. There can occasionally be a 2-3 week delay on those but most of the time it's a lot quicker. Email us ahead of time if you need something for a specific time or event. In any event, if there is any delay in your order, you will be notified as such and presented with ways to expedite it. Items that aren't apparel items (i.e. books, prints) can be assumed In Stock unless otherwise indicated. Remember, if you're ordering several items in the same order and one of the items is reprinting, the entire order will be shipped when the Reprinting item(s) arrives. We send e-mail shipping confirmations whenever something ships out. The emails come from help@topatoco.com so be sure that address doesn't go to your spam box. Once you get the email confirmation, shipping to United States takes 2-3 days. Canada and all other destinations can take up to six weeks depending on how serious the customs agent is. It can (and most times it does) take as short as a 7 days. If it's been more than four weekslet us know and we'll begin the reshipping process. Three Packs and Other Discounts
You are allowed only one discount per order. There are legends of a 7-pack and 12-pack discount but only the bravest consumers have dared add that many items to their cart to find out. For discounted shipping/pricing on orders of 20 items or more please write us.
Print Quality.
Kurt is a screenprinting master and he's been printing our shirts for years. We've used quite a few screenprinters and he's the only one who doesn't have a restraining order against us.
It works like this. If you got the wrong thing and it's our fault, let us know and we'll apologize about a million times and then ship the correct thing to you as fast as we can, along with a paid return shipping label. If you're not in the USA, most of the time we'll just let you keep the wrong item and ship the right one to you. If you got the wrong thing because you accidentally ordered the wrong thing or size, we'll be happy to send an exchange, but shipping's on you. Please follow these steps carefully:
 Please make sure you don't wash or get anything gross on the shirt you might possibly intend to return. We have a Dirty Shirt Hall of Fame and we will make fun of you. If you simply want a refund because you aren't happy with something, that's cool, but shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Sizes of Things.
Not all of TopatoCo's shirts are printed on the same type of shirt. A Men's Medium Whale Shirt on Hanes Beefy-T is not the same size as a Men's Medium Preenactment Shirt. However, on each shirt page we've indicated the company and style of the shirt it's printed on. Here are some guides but be sure to visit the manuafacturer's sites for more details.
