Not all of TopatoCo's shirts are printed on the same kind of garment. A Men's Medium Whale Shirt (Hanes Beefy-T) is not the same size as a Men's Medium Preenactment Shirt (American Apparel). To see what kind of shirt a design is printed on, check the product description!

Here are some size guides for the shirts we print on. We've tried to be thorough, but if you can't find what you're looking for, you can always check the manufacturer's website for more details (American Apparel in particular has some really thorough size charts for their stuff).

If you see something listed as "N/A", either we don't carry it, or the manufacturer doesn't make it. Go here for more information.

How to Find Your Measurements

For finding your measurements, we recommend using a loose tape ruler (they look like this, you can find them online or in most sewing shops). For best results, measure a t-shirt you know fits you well by laying it out on a flat surface.

Width - measure from armpit to armpit.
Length - measure from front collar to bottom hem.

These don't actually have anything to do with measuring tape whatsoever:
Size (Women) - approximation of weird department store sizes.
Age (Baby/Youth) - approximate age of the human to wear the garment. Reverse-agers use caution.

Notes:
- All measurements are in inches unless otherwise stated (here is a link to a measurement converter if you need it).
- AMERICAN APPAREL STUFF RUNS SMALL. Pay close attention to the charts below, and if you're iffy, choose the next size up. We recommend washing and tumble drying cool for items to retain their original sizes. If you have any questions about sizes feel free to contact us.
